These Terms & Conditions govern the rental of vehicles from Tirunelveli Rental Cars.

Eligibility

To rent a vehicle, the customer must:

• Be at least 21 years of age (or as per applicable law)
• Hold a valid Driving License
• Email Address (if provided)
• Provide valid government-issued identification
• Meet our verification requirements

Booking Confirmation

• Bookings are confirmed only after successful verification and payment (if applicable).
• Vehicle availability is subject to confirmation.

Vehicle Usage

The renter agrees to:

• Drive responsibly and follow all traffic regulations.
• Use the vehicle only for lawful purposes.
• Not allow unauthorized persons to drive the vehicle.
• Provide valid government-issued identification
• Not use the vehicle for racing, towing, off-road driving, or illegal activities.

Fuel Policy

The vehicle should be returned with the same fuel level as provided at the time of delivery. Fuel shortages may incur additional charges.

Rental Duration

• The vehicle must be returned on or before the agreed time.
• Late returns may attract additional rental charges.

Damage & Liability

Breakdown & Accidents

Customer Cancellation

• Cancellation more than 48 hours before the pickup time: Full refund.
• Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before pickup: 75% refund.
• Cancellation within 24 hours of pickup: 50% refund.
• No cancellation or no-show after the scheduled pickup time: No refund.

Company Cancellation

If we are unable to provide the booked vehicle due to unforeseen circumstances:

• A suitable alternative vehicle may be offered, subject to availability.
• If no alternative is available, a full refund will be processed.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Booking Modifications

Customers may request changes to booking dates or timings. Approval is subject to vehicle availability and may involve additional charges.

• A suitable alternative vehicle may be offered, subject to availability.
• If no alternative is available, a full refund will be processed.

Security Deposit

Any refundable security deposit will be returned after inspection of the vehicle, subject to deductions for:

• Damage
• Missing accessories
• Traffic fines
• Fuel shortages
• Cleaning charges (if applicable)
